XGY-03S Automatic Torque Tester is designed for measuring the tightening, opening, and re-tightening torque values of caps on various packaging products, including vials, oral liquid bottles, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, baby bottles, and oil containers.

Featuring both standard testing and fatigue testing modes, the instrument automatically performs bidirectional torque measurements on bottle caps, providing accurate and reliable data for quality control and packaging performance evaluation

Test Principle

The sample is placed on the torque tester, with the bottle body and cap securely fixed by special fixtures. The cap is then automatically rotated, generating torque that is detected by the sensor. The instrument measures the torque required to rotate the cap clockwise or counterclockwise, providing accurate opening and tightening torque values.
