ZDY-S Ampoule Break Force Tester is mainly used to measure the break force required to separate the neck from the body of ampoules of various capacities. It can also be used for break force testing of lipsticks, lip balms, eyebrow pencils, and similar products. The instrument meets the requirements of GB 2637 and YBB 00332002 standards for easy‑break ampoule break force testing.

ZDY-S features a fully automatic control mode, with a large LCD screen displaying the entire test process curve. It automatically saves and prints test results, and is equipped with multiple capacity test fixtures for quick changeover. Test Principle

The specimen is placed between two moving clamps. A special fixture breaks the ampoule neck from the body while the sensor records force and displacement changes to calculate the break force.
