Product Overview

NLY-20U Cap Torque Tester is designed to measure the tightening, opening, and closure torque of caps on aluminum-plastic crimped vial caps, pharmaceutical plastic bottles, beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, baby bottles, edible oil containers, and other packaging products.

It is widely used in cap manufacturing, quality inspection centers, and the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and packaging industries for torque performance testing and quality control.

Test Principle

The sample is placed on the torque tester, with the bottle body and cap securely fixed by special fixtures. The cap is then automatically rotated, generating torque that is detected by the sensor. The instrument measures the torque required to rotate the cap clockwise or counterclockwise, providing accurate opening and tightening torque values.
