Product Overview

YYB-03 Medical Packaging Tear and Tensile Tester – designed for pharmaceutical packaging materials including ampoules, rubber stoppers, combination caps, films, aluminum foil, PVC rigid sheets, pen injectors, pre-filled syringes, and hypodermic needles. It performs break force, puncture force, sliding force, seal integrity, opening force, tensile strength, heat seal strength, peel strength, and other tensile/compression/tear tests.

Test Principle

The specimen is placed between two moving clamps. Special fixtures are used for puncture or opening force testing while the system records force and displacement changes to calculate the force values.
