LQ-50S Ball Drop Impact Tester (Rigid Sheet) is designed to evaluate the damage resistance of plastic sheets with a thickness of less than 2 mm under the impact of a steel ball dropped from a specified height. It is widely used by quality inspection centers, pharmaceutical companies, and packaging manufacturers.
Test Principle
A PVC rigid sheet specimen is clamped on the tester. A steel ball is dropped from a set height onto the center of the specimen. Damage is checked and the damage rate is calculated after repeated tests.
