RFY-05 Heat Seal Tester is primarily designed for accurate determination of heat seal temperature, heat seal time, and heat seal pressure parameters for films, laminated films, PVC rigid sheets, pharmaceutical aluminum foil, and other materials.
The instrument employs PID temperature control technology for fast and precise temperature setting. The pressure control system ensures accurate test pressure, while the time setting can be adjusted to 0.01 seconds to meet various user requirements. The RFY-05 is one of the most accurate and highly automated instruments in its class, making it an essential tool for food manufacturers, pharmaceutical companies, quality inspection centers, and packaging production laboratories.
Test Principle
RFY-05 Heat seal tester uses the hot‑pressing sealing method. The specimen is placed between upper and lower sealing jaws. Under preset temperature, pressure, and time, the specimen is sealed. Repeated tests help determine optimal parameters. Press the foot switch to start sealing; sealing time is controlled by the switch hold time. Release the switch, and the jaws separate to complete the seal.
