CCY-02DS Puncture Force Tester – used for puncture strength testing of artificial skin, pharmaceutical rubber stoppers, combination caps, oral solution caps, hypodermic needles, and other materials. Widely adopted in quality inspection centers, drug control labs, packaging factories, pharmaceutical plants, and medical device manufacturers.
Test Principle
The specimen is fixed between two clamps that move in opposite directions. A standard needle punctures the specimen while the instrument records force and displacement changes to determine puncture force and pull-out force.
