ZPY-60U Electronic Axis Deviation Tester is designed for measuring the circular runout of ampoules and the vertical axis deviation of vials. Manufactured in accordance with national standards including YBB00332002-2015 "Low Borosilicate Glass Ampoules" and other NMPA standards, it is an indispensable instrument for pharmaceutical enterprises, drug control laboratories, and the food industry.

Testing Principle

The bottle body is fixed on the rotating platform. A high-precision dial gauge reads the displacement at the bottle mouth during one full rotation. The vertical axis deviation is calculated from the difference between the maximum and minimum readings.
