The CJY-03 Glass Bottle Impact Resistance Tester is fully compliant with the newly revised national standard GB/T 6552-2025 and the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition. Featuring an electronic fully automatic pendulum impact design, it precisely quantifies the impact resistance of glass containers. The instrument is suitable for a full range of glass bottles, including vials, infusion bottles, beverage bottles, and wine bottles. It serves as a core piece of equipment for enterprise quality control, compliance verification, and process optimization.


Testing Principle


CJY-03 operates on the principle of pendulum potential-to-kinetic energy conversion, fully complying with the test mechanism specified in ISO, GB/T 6552-2025:


A servo motor precisely drives the pendulum to a preset angle (0–180°), where it locks and stores potential energy.

Upon release, the potential energy is converted into kinetic energy. A standard 25.4 mm steel ball (pendulum total weight: 612 g ± 2 g) strikes the pre-marked point on the bottle body instantaneously.

The impact energy corresponds precisely to the pendulum angle (0–2.5 N·m). A sensor collects real-time data and displays the impact energy value digitally.

The impact resistance is accurately evaluated based on whether the bottle body cracks or breaks, simulating real-world collision conditions during transportation and handling.
