LXX-02 Coating Continuity Tester is designed for testing the inner coating continuity of aluminum pharmaceutical ointment tubes. It complies with the testing requirements of YBB 00162002-2015 "Aluminum Pharmaceutical Ointment Tubes." Featuring one‑button operation and a built‑in micro printer, the instrument enables fast printing of test results.
Test Principle
A PVC rigid sheet specimen is clamped on the tester. A steel ball is dropped from a set height onto the center of the specimen. Damage is checked and the damage rate is calculated after repeated tests.
