CCIT Method Selection
Vacuum Decay Method
Test Sample: Vials, ampoules, syringes, pre-filled syringes, and liquid-filled blister packs.
Test Principle: Measures pressure rise in a sealed test chamber under vacuum. Ideal for detecting both micro-leaks and gross leaks without damaging the sample.
Pressure Decay Method
Test Sample: Dry powder vials, solid dosage packaging, and empty containers.
Test Principle: Applies positive pressure to the test chamber and monitors pressure loss over time, perfect for moisture-sensitive products.
High Voltage Leak Detection (HVLD)
Test Sample: Liquid-filled parenteral vials, ampoules, and pre-filled syringes containing conductive liquids.
Test Principle: Uses high-voltage, low-current electricity to scan the container. A pinhole or micro-leak causes a spike in electrical current, pinpointing the defect instantly.
Physical & Performance Testing Solutions
